Texas Divorce Attorneys – Flat Fee Pricing
Our Flat Fee Philosophy
After over a decade of practicing family law, we grew tired of telling clients “I don’t know” when asked how much their case would cost. We are proud to offer flat fees to provide as much transparency to our clients as possible. With flat fee pricing, clients know upfront what the legal costs will be, eliminating the uncertainty of hourly billing that can lead to financial stress. We find that this encourages open communication and cooperation between the parties, which fosters a more amicable and efficient resolution. Clients do not have to worry about their attorney drawing out the process to bill more hours.
At Bustos Family Law, PLLC, we are passionate about guiding our clients to their brighter future. We believe that flat fees can lead to quicker resolutions, reducing the emotional toll of divorce and allowing clients to move forward with their lives sooner. Ultimately, the simplicity and fairness of flat fees make them a valuable option for clients seeking a smoother, more cost-effective path through the divorce process. Every family is different, which often means that divorce agreements do not fit a basic cookie-cutter Decree. We provide carefully crafted documents and court orders to fit your family’s needs. Because of this, we will craft a custom quote that fits your unique circumstances.
Uncontested Divorces
An Uncontested divorce means the parties have agreed to the terms of their divorce and have reached a comprehensive agreement before enlisting our services. Our job is to meticulously draft all necessary documents to reflect this agreement and provide an enforceable court order. In the majority of cases, your uncontested divorce can be finalized without any court appearances.Non-Litigation Divorce Cases
